Major General Tracy W. King, USMC (Retired)

Major General Tracy W. King is a distinguished leader in the Marine Corps whose career has spanned over 30 years of global service. He commanded U.S. Marine Forces Europe & Africa, strengthening alliances and fostering multinational cooperation across two continents. As the Director of Expeditionary Warfare for the Chief of Naval Operations, he guided the development of next-generation amphibious capabilities critical to future naval operations. Earlier, as Director of Asia Strategy on the Joint Staff, he shaped U.S. military posture during a period of intensifying great power competition.

A recognized expert in geopolitics, strategy, and organizational transformation, MajGen King holds advanced degrees in strategic studies and has been a consistent advocate for innovation, resilience, and leadership development. Passionate about mentorship, he continues to advise, teach, and engage with leaders across the military, government, industry, and academia.
